Giant's Causeway

While we were in Belfast, if there was any one thing we were going to do, it was Giant's Causeway. We were told by a fellow hostel dweller in Rome that it was absolutely fantastic and we had to see it...he refused to show us a picture because he claimed that Google images would rob us of the full experience of seeing it in person.

We signed up for a day-long bus tour through our hostel--
(Side note: our hostel was called Vagabonds and is the best hostel I've stayed at thus far, followed closely by Hostel of the Sun in Naples. Vagabonds is an award winning hostel and run by the loveliest staff of live-in adventurers and world travelers. I would highly recommend it if you're looking to stay in a chill place in Belfast.)
--which left around 9:30 a.m. and returned to the city center at 6:30 p.m. We had a great day and saw some pretty gorgeous scenery: see the following 3,104 pictures...just kidding. But I took a lot of pictures.

Belfast: Titanic Quarter

Our first day in Belfast we decided to check out the Titanic Quarter of the city. If you didn't know, the Titanic was actually built in Belfast and you can go as a tourist to the Harland and Wolff shipyard where it was built. We spent the majority of the day just wandering around the area and seeing what there was to see!
A list of names of those who lost their lives with the Titanic.
